I'm a digital artist. This blog is mainly about art and design.
I was born in China, moved to Canada in my 20s, studied Graphic Design at George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario.
Before switching to graphic design, I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario.
When I was in school, digital tools for art making just started to boom. Though I used software such as Photoshop and QuarkXPress for my design projects, only after left college for a few years I found out that people were using computers to draw and paint.
I managed to get such a drawing tool -- a Wacom Intuos graphics tablet, and started to create artworks in digital formats.
